1. Before operating the air compressor, you should pay attention to the following issues:
1. Keep the lubricating oil in the oil pool within the range of the scale, and check that the amount of oil in the oiler should not be lower than the scale line value before the operation of the air compressor.
2. Check whether each moving part is flexible, whether each connecting part is tight, whether the lubrication system is normal, and whether the motor and electrical control equipment are safe and reliable.
3. Before operating the air compressor, check whether the protective devices and safety accessories are in good condition.
4. Check that the exhaust line is unobstructed.
5. Connect the water source, open each water inlet valve, and make the cooling water unblocked.

6. After the air compressor has been operated for 2 hours, the oil and water in the oil-water separator, the intercooler and the after-cooler should be discharged once, and the oil and water in the air storage tank should be discharged once per shift.
7. When the following situations are found in the operation of the air compressor, it should be stopped immediately, the reasons should be found out and eliminated.
1. The lubricating oil is interrupted or the cooling water is interrupted.
2. A sudden rise or fall in water temperature.
3. The exhaust pressure suddenly rises and the safety valve fails.
